Anyone upgrade from an older AS2 (b55) to a newer version (b67) and lose their entire keystore?

It seems like the upgrade does not move the keystore to the new database based on changes made from b65 and on. Does anyone know how to possibly migrate this? If not, where to download older versions? It looks like b59 might be the last version before the database change. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
